Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all Emirates in the UAE, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
All our deliveries are handled securely and efficiently through our trusted logistics partner, Jeebly.

Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Time
• Standard delivery across the UAE typically takes 3 – 6 business days after dispatch.
• During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly to avoid delays.

Shipping Fees
• Standard delivery: Free shipping on all orders above AED 150 / AED 20 flat rate for orders below AED 150.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Failed Deliveries / Reattempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Jeebly will contact us to reschedule.
After multiple failed attempts or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

We always strive for timely delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, remote locations, or courier constraints.
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and assure you of our best efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
