Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags intact

  • Packaged in its original packaging
    Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Item sent back to us without prior approved return request won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately at houseofshreenaa@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You have received the wrong item

We will assess the issue promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
